Change Primary Sales Person window

Purpose
Use this window to change the primary sales person assigned to a sales invoice, layaway invoice, or invoiced service ticket.
To access this window
Complete one of the following to access this window.
- On the Modules menu, point to Customer and click Change Invoice Employee.
- Use the keyboard shortcut Alt, M, C, g.

Item descriptions
Item | Description |

(account) |
Displays the account name and, if you click the drop-down arrow, the associated demographic information of the account you selected on the Pick Customer window. Right-click in this box to change or remove the selected account, reset the account to the original selected account, or copy the address to the clipboard. |
Look for Invoice Number | Enter your search criteria. The grid automatically moves to the invoice number matching the value as you type. |
Invoice Number grid | Displays all invoices matching the search criteria. |
Orig Employe Id | Displays the employee ID of the employee who was originally selected as the primary sales person on the invoice. |
Date | Displays the date of the invoice, or invoiced service ticket. |
PO# | Displays the original purchase order number (or HOLD) from the invoice, if one was assigned. |
Original | Displays the original amount owed on the invoice. |
Balance | Displays the amount still owed on the invoice. |
New Employee Id | Select a new employee as the primary sales person for the invoice. |
Item | Description |

Save | Saves any changes you've made to the primary sales person on the invoice. |
Exit | Closes the page without accepting any changes. |
